PPMC's current board of directors isn't following our bylaws.
We must get things back on track.
Just a few concerning issues:
Some terminated members were reinstated without requiring full payment of past due TADs resulting in a request to the rest of us to make up the $49000 difference.
The board has attempted to cherry-pick who sits for the remainder of this directorship.
